I found Amy after many years of dealing with chronic illness, neck injury, and trauma, and having tried All The Things. It turns out CranioSacral is the healing modality my brain and body love the most.  Amy is a compassionate, intuitive, and skilled practitioner.  I have been fortunate to work with her in person and through distance healing. Her work is subtle, yet brings about huge shifts on  the physical, mental, and emotional levels.  Amy has helped me through pain episodes from injuries, fybromyalgia, managing life with severe chronic fatigue, and neck issues which cause intense nervous system reactions.  She is skilled in working with trauma and PTSD and has given me tools to work with on my own in between sessions.  My nervous system loves Amy! She can get me from the frazzled red zone of panic attack and shut down to a present and restful state very quickly.  There's a lot to work with in my particular situation and she handles it all with grace.
